Hi guys,

 

I was recently involved in an accident with a car on PIE. He abruptly cut into my lane and I managed to avoid the collision but instead brush against the expressway railings and fell. I have decided to claim against his insurance.

 

Nevertheless, his car is not damaged and doubt he have anything to claim against mine. So my question is, for my next insurance renewal or purchase, will the insurance coy charge a loading for pending claim? :confused:

 

Appreciate if someone could answer me. :cheeky:
