cagiva mito help needed

Can any one help me ive just got a mito well 2 both mk1's one's a k plate other is a q plate im trying to restore the q plate ive kinda got wiring prob's i had the bike running once after replaceing the starter motor and relay sounded sweet enough but the pv motor isnt working also when i went to stop engine i found i couldnt the kill switch doesent do any thing neither does the key just keeps running unless i stall her with hand over mouth of carb diffrent i suppose. so i set to checking stuff out with a multi meter on ohms and ive done some thing to throw a spanner in the works as i now cant get it to start ive checked for power at the coil and there isnt any so ive replaced the ecu and the bleck box on the side of the frame near engine and still no power at the coil and the pv motor still doesent work. i have the k reg im useing for parts to try and make this one run again so far no joy my next step is to try swapping the stator plate and swap the front half wiring loom over yet the looms arnt quite the same neither is the stator plate but they would be if i used both so can i just plug the two white plugs back together and hope it work's it's kind of a head scratch what to do any advise would be a big help.cheers Ady
