actually no need. durng the 1 or 2 months waiting for TP just stay at home. then go for revision alot just a week or 2 weeks before TP. everysingle day go, i can assure you will pass. If you dont anyhow do. checking blindspot properly etc. handle the bike more better and better. biting point, dont wobble at slow speed. all the best! :D

I don't need to show my bike here 'cus I don't have one.

Does anyone here have problems with main stands? I have no problem putting it down but it's very hard to release it. I have seen girls at CDC simply pushing their bikes forward in one stroke, while I struggle helplessly... I tried rocking, but the bike moved a bit then fell back down... Is there a certain technique to do it without much arm strength?

P.s. Im still at prac 2 T.T

When you push the bike forward let the bike lean a lot closer to you and press the front brakes if you need to prevent the bike from rolling forward too much.

Hmm but how do you apply the strength? Which foot goes front and which goes back? When I hold the handle bars my arms are nearly parallel and I can't seem to even push the bike forward.. :(

I take it you are on the left of the bike so left foot near the front tyre. Just give a burst of pushing force and it should work. Use the front brakes if need be.

Hey gal, fellow female learner here :) Use your body weight to push the bike off the stand, just be careful not to overdo it. If really cannot, ask instructor help you figure out why. Most of the instructors are very nice and friendly (save 1 or 2 grumpy ones).

Fret not if you can't push it down properly, I am a GUY and I had trouble putting it down from the main stand at first. Make use of momentum and rock it back and forth continuously and it will eventually move forward and come off the main stand. Try it!

Also, you can keep it in contact with your body and use your body strength like what xevioso said. Lastly, keep your hands on the front brake in order to safely stop it after it come off the main stand.

Darkness and yavi, is it compulsory to go the Expressway Familiarisation Course thing, after you pass TP?

It's not but it might be helpful if you do not have any expressway experience. I suggest you go for it if you don't hold other class license or have no experience on the highway before because well...there are really stupid drivers out there and you would want to know how to deal with them especially with fast moving traffic.
