Been with M1 for more than 10 years.

Went japan on June 2010

Operated detected my date roaming on.

M1 called and ask to deactivate it. (I say ok)

Bill $800+

Reached Singapore I called M1.

Customer service say will call me back within 3 working days.

I waited till 1st Dec my line terminated! (waited 6months)

I called they say I never pay bill. (yes I never pay the ridiculous bill but paid the latest monthly bill)

I bring this issue to case!

After many debation,they only offer a 20% off! (despite it's their fault they never call back to resolve problem in time and despite knowing i never use any data roaming n date roaming was off. It's was the phone faulty)

After 1 month still sent lawyer letter to me. Still must pay $50+ lawyer fee WTF

So I would like to tell u guys now M1 unlike last time when they 1st newly out in market. Any problem they'll talk n solve. Now business up liao no more talking and solving. Little little terminate,never wanna solve n talk. Want $$$ Nia.

M1 not very good. try Singtel.

i considering about that.

i dont know but my workplace (Seletar Airport West Camp) got very bad data roaming reception.

this is confirmed by my fellow colleagues using M1 too.

whereas Singtel data internet roaming is good.
