2T dripping from chain

As on tittle,

i notice whenever i park the bike over night, the next day i will always see the 2T dripping from the chain, it's like leaking from the inside and slowly dripping via the chain to the ground.

 

My bike is SP anyway, anybody know whats happening? checked the 2t pump and it seems nothing wrong
