Advice on "re-using" a lay up Mito

Hey guys! I just got my 2B license, can I ask how much in general would it cost to re-use a lay-up Mito? My brother has a Mito but its been on lay up a year ago, though my family wants him to sell but he insisted on keeping it. Hope brothers here can give me a heads up as to how much would it cost for me to use his bike again. Just in general, like insurance and overhauling, and also any recommendations to any shops for me to do those servicings? I live in Yishun area by the way.

You need to send the bike for inspection, get yourself an insurance for the bike and get 6 months road tax.

1.) Towing fees to the inspection centre - +-$25

2.) Inspection fees - +-$20

3.) Insurance - $300-$1200 (depending on your age and years of riding experience)

4.) 6 months road tax - +-$50

There's a few motorshops in Yishun Industrial. Also, the Vicom inspection centre is nearby too.
