I'm wondering can removing of baffles done within a day in bike shop?

 

Do you mean the baffles is dead welded to the pipe? Depending on the complexity of the job, my friend 1 x leo vince took half a day. They have to spot weld portion by portion before removing it. They have to make sure the end job is near to stock condition as the baffles have to go back in during annual inspection.
