Things to look out for buying bike

hi,

 

before i going to LTA to transfer of ownership what should i do?

1) I had purchase insurance

2) Parking already done

 

 

I also would like to know am i able to check is that bike still under any loan from current owner?

If the bike is under loan will LTA approved the transfer of ownership?

If LTA approve(still under loan) owner didn't not pay for monthly installment will my bike be tow away?

Do i need to have and draft state that i had fully paid for the bike?

If bike is under loan to a bike shop, just ask to do transfer of ownership via the bikeshop.
