need advise on trf-ing pipe to others

i going to trf my yoshi pipe to other ppl ..

What i shld do 1st?

Go LTA change my name to his .?

after trf my pipe to him. he need to go inspection again?

how much roughly for everything.

wat u need to do is just collect the money from him thats all.... normally inspection and LTA change name is done by new owner... they need to go to motorworld (yoshi) to change ownership of the pipe (cert paperwork).... den bring all paperwork to vicom to do inspection
