Kawa Kr Kips - Brake fluid leak and brake spongy

My front brake pump seems to be leaking, brake fluid leaking and brake feels sponge ..

 

Wats needs replacement ? is it the o-rings or seals or need to change brake pump ?? Cost $$ how much

Try to find out where is it leaking from, if its leaking from the master cylinder, open it, put the rubber seal properly in place, put back the reservoir cap and tighten. If its not leaking anymore den try rebleed the front brakes, cos brake feel spongy maybe bcos brake hose inside got air go in due to brake fluid leaking. Otherwise, check ur brake hose see if it has expanded, may need to replace (steel braided hose is good). If still doesn't work, get ur brake calipers checked, serviced.
