Hi guys! New to biking world. Just bought a TZR recently. Pretty good condition. Only problem is, there's this grinding noise that I sometimes hear coming from around my chain when I close the throttle. The noise stops when I open the throttle again. At first I thought it was the chainguard coz the thing was warped inwards so I had it changed. Now it still happens but not as often. From what I've read from some of the other forums could this be a loose chain?

All suggestions, views and solutions are most welcome. Thx!!

hi!

i think u do have a loose chain...i have this noise a few months after servicing.... it happens when the chain grinds against the frame...gotta constantly adjust the chain once in a while...though i leave that to the mechanics coz it looks pretty complicated the way they adjust it....

Cheers!
