Is this ebc pads effective n does it eats into the disc rotor? Price 90Sing?

EBCs and many other brands with sintered pads will usually eat up e disc for sure but u're assured of a good bite. Some will recommend organic for normal street use but i believe most will prefer e stopping power of e sintered compound with HH rating. When it comes to safety,i don't think twice about e price unless if it's e OEM pads of course.e price u have to pay for e brand can get me a complete set of brakes front and rear. LoL!

For sharing purpose... Of course there are other ways to improve acceleration, torque and top end speed like

1)Aftermarket Variators

2)Aftermarket Clutch

3)Aftermarket rollers/sliders etc

but i was looking for something that is light on e wallet but gives an almost equivalent benefits of an aftermarket variator so i had e Dr Pulley Sliders installed. It definitely does what it's supposed to do. Bike is more snappy now and definitely more playful than before. Not that this bike is not fast enough but e extra umph in acceleration throughout all revs is really useful and e added benefit of lower RPMs at high speed is very much appreciated.I think this is how all scooters should come from e factory as e SRVs came stock with Dr Pulley Sliders if my info is correct(source:BMW Scooter Forum)

The wedge shape of the slider allows the variator to actually open a bit wider at rest, dropping the belt into a smaller circumference between the variator halves, essentially lowering your gearing from a start and helping with off the line acceleration. As they are lighter than stock, your bike is revving higher, closer to it's torque peak and can apply more force through that lower gearing, hence the two-pronged increase in performance.

The same wedge shape also does the converse, at high speed, forcing the variator halves closer together than before, effectively raising your gearing and lowering rpms, even with lighter weights. Brilliant design.

The standard rollers (which actually also slide, NOT "roll", are fixed diameter, with taller gearing from the start and lower gearing at speed...

Interesting... i didnt know dat bro!

Dr. Pulley Sliders are known world-wide as the easiest, most economical mod you can do to increase acceleration off the line and while passing, without any loss of top end OR mileage.

Aprilia now puts them in as OEM in the SRV850 Super Scooter. And THAT'S a BEAST!

I've personally installed them in a 2009 Yamaha Majesty 400, TWO 2009 Tmax 500's, and a Honda Silverwing 600.

Absolutely REVOLUTIONIZED the bikes, as if they were different machines

Maybe i got used to it after some time. Seems like an ok acceleration.

Are you using doctor pulley too?

Does this mod on the pulley voids agent warranty? Btw where do u buy doctor pulley stuffs? My friend interested for other maxi scotts

I did asked PML before getting them to install it for me and of course they were a lil hesitant at first but after explaining to them about this sliders, I was given e nod. Well basically, it's similar to any other OEM rollers albeit e efficient shape and it last a whole lot longer due to e genius shape of it's design that works smartly with e variator. That's about e only aftermarket internal mods/upgrades that I have.

Well, they just say the parts are out of stock and wasn't allocated to SG etc.. By this week if still no news, I ll ask for a refund liao. Can't be bothered to wait and wait. And yes, they are the only distributor her and DMV will divert you to them, regardless or you buy from TaoBao.
