re-chrome/anodize yoke nut

My yoke nut (or some ppl call stem nut) is rusted and a bit chipped here and there as shown below. Anywhere i can send it for derust and rechrome or anodize to a colour of my choice?

buy some derust, sink it in for sometime, heat it. scrub it. polish it. buff it.

 

it will work. and works on my all chromed bike.

 

Where to buy derust? And roughly how much? Thanks!
