I guess Ur stuck with some problems. I recently bought my bike this year after a long tussle with em'. In the end, no choice had to buy from them because of my old bike which I got from them in 2008 plus other issues.

 

My personal advise is to break away from em' and go to reputable shops like Teo Spray, Looi's, Mah Motor and AS Phoon...

As for your hire purchase agreement u can get a copy from them. Dun give them face, be stern or they will play ping pong with you
