Emailed boon Siew. This was the reply I got. Who's getting one?

 

Yes the bike is legal on the road and able to travel on expressway.

 

On the Road price exclude insurance will be at S$8,006.

 

There are 4 colours available: Red / Yellow / White / Black

 

The arrival of 1st shipment will be end of November.

 

I want to get one .

Quite reasonable price. I assume the price is with insurance.

That mean the bike is less than 8K OTR without insurance.

Which bikeshop ?

 

FYI Bike have already reach our shore :clap: :cheer: and some bikes shop have already display the bikes ..... cant wait to collect mine. :bounce:

That depends on Boon Siew now, this batch (48 only) need to be sent for LTA approval.

earliest was told around 2 weeks, haiz what to do........ :nono: both are slow to do paper work.

anyway my accessories also arrived around that time so is ok.

currently just order H2C rear rack $110

CNC levers $40 pair

koso slim type volt meter $40 (but might switch with the mini meter on another bike that also have koso temperature gauge)

others will be coming when I go Thailand next month for parts.

Anyone can share what's the usual process for buying a new bike?

e.g insurance standard is 1st party.. payment has to be made first then few weeks later then collect bike.. etc..

Best is to call shop cos each is differ in offer and payment.

Bros, went to ASP last sat n was quoted 7.5k all in except insurance hope it helps

 

Hmm.. Compared to what doremi posted (7.5k with insurance for 36yrs old.) ASP seems expensive. But could it be GST/hidden cost again? Haha.
