KTM RC200

Hi everyone, is it true that the KTM agent in Singapore no longer imports the KTM RC200 model?

Are RC200 spare parts difficult to find nowadays and require special ordering?

Helping asking a frens of mine.

Hello 

Yes, they stopped importing it around 6 or so years ago if I'm not wrong. Spare parts are not too difficult to get if you're not choosy. You can always order with Dirtwheel but there are other workshops (Katoom, Krazy Throttle Motors, etc.) that specialize in KTM bikes and get their parts from the factories in India. Usually it can be up to half price compared to what KTM agent sells and it can look very very slightly different (different factory, different materials and quality). Of course for larger parts like fairings, may need to wait for up to a month but smaller parts are usually available with these workshops.

Do keep in mind KTM agent will offer more parts compared to these other shops, for example I could only find stock decal for RC 200 at Dirtwheel. No one else were selling at the time.

Source: I used to own 2017 RC 200 for 3 years and just sold a few months ago. Had to do research for spare parts due to wear and tear as well as getting into an accident once and having to repair the bike. Very fun bike.
