hi. im a newbie, just passed my tp. is it possible to COI a bike even though he's asking for full cash? if so? wat are the procedures? do bikeshops approve the loan, say, a 2.2k bike? and if u can help me recommend shops that provide the best COI interest, it'll be great! thanks for any advice that may be coming in. thanks!

Yes, but must find own reloan and also if the owner agrees

 

2)do bikeshops approve the loan, say, a 2.2k bike?

some shops approve some shops dont, even if approve subject to alot of terms and conditions

 

3)shops that provide the best COI interest?

do a search in the forum..u may come across watever u're finding
