On Friday 19/04/2013, Ah Lim went to the Jurong Port motorcycle shop.

He requested for the repair receipt.

The boss of the shop being sarcastic to Ah Lim, "Your bike repaired almost a year. The parts will spoil for sure. And you cannot blame me."

Now we want to take this opportunity to ask the bikers, experienced rider or professional people.

Can the original parts (clutch plate, coolant pipe) get spoil easily within a year?

The boss refuse to apologise to Ah Lim for cursing his parents and overcharge him for the local parts.

He also refuse to refund to Ah Lim despite the complaint.

Now he lied to people that he resign from HKL.

Actually he was fired by HKL. He was overcharging the customers.

Not only that, he was rude to the customers, hot tempered, scolding the customers and this causes HKL to lose customers.

The HKL boss found out about this and fired him as customers are very valuable.

HKL has good reputation also because of customers not only because of good service.

Ah Lim told us that he remembered repairing his bike at HKL and the original parts ( sprocket and chain, fork oil seal) that he used can last 4-5 years.

Now, HKL dare him to face us to come down here and settle this in front of the customers.

For your information, the real boss of the shop is the wife's uncle. He lied to people saying he's the boss.

Ah Lim request to meet the real boss to complain this matter but he was rejected and was chased away from the shop.

We recommend riders/bikers at Jurong area to go to Toh Guan Unique instead of Jurong Port for servicing.
