Hi , Anyone has bought anything from them ? How is their service ?? Went pass this shop and enquired about their bikes, All are standard market price. Any recommendation ?

just an update, Recently went to dem at defu lane, The service is good they provide washing of bikes after servicing, Whats best is they are currently having a promotion for motul. Asked them about the bikes pricing, Price are quite low. Can try them out somday.

Went down today to change Motul EO and normal spark plug at $30. No bike wash leh

 

They give me a wrong rating of EO 15w50 when my bike requires 10w40.

My bad when I checked the rating after he opened the bottle.

 

Scratched a 5 cm line on my bike when the mech pushes in my bike. Nvr said anything , a bit act blur. Then I told him to cover up the line with a bit of paint.

 

Definitely heart pain.

 

My review:

Pro: friendly mech

Con: lack of space

 

Skill wise, I only go down to change eo therefore cannot comment.

Will not be going down again, to avoid scratching my bike again.

Just to share, if you have proof that their mechanic scratched your bike due to negligence.

You can demand compensation from the owner of the shop, to respray that area of damage/ whole bike.

They are liable in the eyes of our local law and can proceed with legal actions

Well it happened in front of my eyes. I will keep that shared info in mind, just in case it happens again.

 

For now, patched the scratch, pretend never see to avoid heart pain. Lol

 

Just a qns , if in future, such incidents happen, other then capturing the damage. What ever can be done?

Just wish to know more.

Hmm they might not had done it one purpose but the boss and mech are friendly for sure.
