Well, mobile speed camera DO NOT have any flash. Its the FIXED ones along the expressway that comes with a flash.

if i am not wrong, they go by infra-red at night.

well i dunno whether this is true but i heard from my friends that speed cameras only operational during certain hours. last time my friend drove at 130km/h around 10pm when the sign for speed camera put 90km. pass by the speed camera at AYE clementi and never receive anything.
