Bike shop doing insurance claim in my behalf

Hi all,

 

it is regarding the accident that i met recently at a cross junction at bukit batok st 22...

my bike is now currently at choong kok bukit batok.

they want to charge me 1.2k to repair my fork and change mirror and footrest.

 

yesterday i went to a bike shop which i been told they will do a insurance claim for me.

they will go ahead and repair the bike for me for free.

towing will also be free from cka bb to his friend bike shop.

he told me i don need to pay a single cent for the repairing cost and towing fee.

 

is this for real?

 

as long i don't sign any documentation by them i can go ahead and trust the bike shop right? any one could advise . thanks

if yr accident claim is successful. then the cost will be claimed from another party's insurance. the accident got report to police? the another party admitted fault?

for my case is at cross junction

so the chance is 50/50 since last yr feb i tink all tp change all junction case to be 50/50.. i heard from nixon bong.

for claim, motordiam can do free for u 1st then after tt calculate everythin and do insurance claim.. but tey do a $500 job and claim a $2000 job, so dun be suprise..

u can either depend on ur insurance company to find lawyer for u or u can find ur own.. if u win the case by 80% sure dun nid to pay a cent but if below tt then will haf to pay dependin on the whole amount and ur insurance will increase..
