Tyre Changing Tools & Putty

Anyone knows where can I get the tools for changing my tyre inner tube (My ride has spoke tyres) and the putty that can do temporary repair for fuel tank which is tolerant petrol.

Appreciate any help....

some hardware stores have them.. if u cant find any nearby ur place, the hardware store beside LAB, has them.. abt $7-8 per piece.. u'll need 2.
