Healthy Lifestyle walkathon at Macritchie Reservoir Trails

Date: 30 Sep 2006 (Saturday)

An event to enjoy the sight of the Nature Reserve while exercising through the trails. This boardwalk along the MacRitchie Reservoir brings you through interesting secondary forest in the Central Catchment nature area. The boardwalk hugs the reservoir for easy exploration of some freshwater wildlife. There are also breath-taking views of the reservoir and the surrounding forests. The boardwalk range in distances from 3 km to 11 km. Interpretative signboards along the boardwalks allow for a self-guided tour along the fringes of the MacRitchie forest.

going macritchie siboh.....erm while u guys r trekking hor dun be afraid of some snakes which u can c and is veri colorful.....u noe ava clamping hard on those illegal pets......ppl jus dun care n dump those animals n reptiles there.....if u reali c beautiful snake jus becareful ......cause most of u guys dunno how 2 diff the species....most of them r harmless....domesticated n let into the wild....sigh....

looking back. polytechnic. 3 weeks in jc. sec skl. i dun believe no one can score in their exams. it's either u wan or dun wan nia.. oh well. why am i lamenting here..

oh well. we guys are also like them sometimes! we do it sub conciously. we are gd to them one min, another min they irritate us, we treat them worst than friends. guys have our own ego and females have theirs too.

 

so so, reflect on your past r/s and enjoy being single! u're quarter a centruy old in a year time. Enjoy singlehood! Who knows when u're attached the next time, it's for life.. so so, enjoy ya!

Manager:- how many hours make up a day?

Man:- 24 hours

 

Manager:- How long do you work in a day?

Man:- 8am to 4pm. i.e. 8 hours a day.

Manager:- So , what fraction of the day do you work in hours?

Man:- (He did some arithmetic and said 8/24 hours i.e. 1/3(one third)

 

Manager:- That is nice of you! What is one-third of 366 days?

Man:- 122 (1/3x366 = 122 in days)

 

Manager:- Do you come to work on weekends?

Man:- No sir

 

Manager:- How many days are there in a year that are weekends?

Man:- 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays equals to 104 days

 

Manager:- Thanks for that. If you remove 104 days from 122 days, how many days do you now have?

Man:- 18 days.

 

Manager:- OK! I do give you 2 weeks sick leave every year. Now remove that14 days from the 18 days left. How many days do you have remaining?
