Well, some results may not come so soon.. Or it may be results that one might not even consider it as a results. Sometime rewards comes in different form. It can be payout, or opinion or perspective of others.

 

What most impt is what you hope to achieve or results you are looking for? Money? Work satisfaction? Respect? Or being somebody high in the corporate ladder?
