If i were given a chance to buy any bike i want, i want DUCATI 999s or perhaps MV augusta (with the lovely arrow pipe :) ) :cheeky:

It's not just about sportsbike, it's abt the design, the tech insid. (like BMW).

though ppl always said,it's not the bike but it's the rider, but having great bike gives u much more confidence to ride (am i rite to say that? :) )

 

This two bikes are marvelous but the $ is :faint:

 

another bike is DUCATI 999r if i not mistaken, the single seater sportsbike.

the price is also :faint:

and you can't deny they're as yummy as the riders themselves! ;)

I was told that the previous owner is foreigner, never ride bike :giddy:

even the battery few times change.. :pity:

but this is what the shop tell me lor..donno can believe or not..

heh we went to survey the bike already. Same colour scheme as mine. Overall outlook, fully stock condition, even tyres are still stock.

Mileage was 2700+ km, very low for a late 04 registered bike. Only concern is whether the bike has been properly run in.

 

Claimed to be owned by a foreigner who hardly rides, so the battery ended up dying off a few times and had to be changed.

 

Bike had been dropped on the right side before, but touched up, farring apparantly seemed to have been changed.

 

Anyway, talk so much also no use, bike has been sold the moment we left the shop. haha.. too bad to those who were keen.

Nice bikes, yeah, these are prestige bikes, a class of their own. MV augusta used to manufacture race track bikes, but stopped I think till they made the F4.

 

The 999 is really sleek and dun look like a 1litre bike, but its a beauty and its sure to turn heads. Check out the newer bikes la, 1078 by ducati and MV F4 R 312, claimed to have a max speed of 312, defying the regulation of max 300km/h

its a pretty good deal la, if im really eyeing one, will also get it soon. I took abt 1 hr plus the moment I saw it to put a deposit for my bike. hee

alamak... we ride our dream bikes because we like the bike, the feel, the pride and not whether ppl wanna race with u or not ma..

 

plus, its the rider and not the bike when it comes to racing..
