Some notes for anyone thinking of going up north to KL.

 

Floods Hit Kuala Lumpur

 

Several people were injured in the capital, Kuala Lumpur on 10 June after parts of the city were hit by flash flooding following a storm and incessant rains.

 

Dataran Merdeka was the hardest hit area as the heavy rains caused the Sungai Gombak river to overflow its banks. Reports indicate that several other parts of the city were also submerged under one meter of water.

 

Traffic congestion and road disruptions were reported in various areas of the city. Many commuters were stranded on the roads while cars in the worst affected areas were also submerged by the floods. No flood related deaths have been reported.

Life's a gift... That's why they called it the present. :cool:

Indeed I am very happy but unfortunately good things do not last...... the next day after my wedding, my beloved grandma pass on. At that point of time, i couldn't believe this is happening as it seems so dramatic for it to happen. But i gave myself a tight slap to realise that this is not a dream.

 

Therefore pls forgive me if I have not replied to your PMs and SMSes lately. Nevertheless, I am grateful to you guys for showering your concern for me.

Sorry to burst ur bubble dude but the log card indicates that the bike can take only 0 passengers. Therefore even after installing foot rests, becareful not to run into Uncle Sam..

Oh... he's back liao ah... Actually hor, after some calculations, his eye level are always below the monitor's highest point.. the only way he can see what you are doing is by peeping thru betweenthe monitor and the small drawer cupboard..

Manz pop-a-wheelie on my Cubbie and you pop one at Oreo's KSR. Icez pops on his ex-S4. Three of you are wheelie-poppers! hahaha... Now waiting to see who is gonna be the "Stoppie"!

 

I reckon the KSR's pick up is much faster than Wave... :bow: yet (tsk, tsk, tsk)... no pillon-foot rest; cannot have storage; muz kick-start until leg-break; handle-lock position can cauze user to break keys. Oh - not to mention... mus push KSR to a nearby post to chain-lock. :lol:

 

Oreo / SS - the KRS blue color-scheme does look great. Bike's very new too. Upz to this new ride in ESR !! (now i've a bike that's as fast as my cubbie!)

 

 

Wah...seems so fun... Can i try to do a 'donut'? :cheeky:
