Roy,

seriously... now adays, with the vast expansion of the use of internet, most things are going online. Shouldn't you consider doing your business online? it would reduce much cost like shop rental, electricity and water, blah blah blah...

but the most important thing is to do what no one has done so before...

I sincerely propose to you the idea of setting up an "ONLINE CALL A CHICK" service. This service includes a list of chick available for users to select. It also include the time and location. Inclusive of delivery.

Such service are classified as luxury items are hence your pricing would definitely won't stand at SG$40 per trip. Overseas often charge abt USD500-1000 per job. Anyway, your workers would be free-lance hence not much of a commitment to them.

Dont worry, U set up, i be ur first customer!

I have to agree with you on the internet thingy mentioned...you have a very good point...So maybe some ideas for F&B or Service Oriented Business?

This call a chick is not my thing, but I know of a friend who did it in the past...he is currently serving time in Changi...serious...no joke...best part is, he's a graduate...

seriously...

can give u afew ideas...

since u drive a "VAN" and ride a "BIKE". Think it would be better to do your own promoting of ur product, hence the bond between the owner and product is there. have u ever thought of starting small since u mention F&B. Like baking cookies and tarts from home, printing leaflets and slotting them urself, delivering to customer or asking them to ur home to collect.

Think its really better to start really small when little or almost no capital. Hence when it really fails, u wont feel the pinch. You can ask ur wife to bake cookies at home! =)

Anyway, with this small business, u can roughly gauge the market demand base on region like north, south, east, west. Hence you would know where you could set up ur shop or stall shall u decide to take it to another level.

Maybe can jio u "PAH LAO HOR" chit chat easier.
