Vespa Gt200 - Can it's wheel be slanted or unbalanced?

Hello,

Recently I've noticed that my tire threads worn out area are abit slanted. As in, it's not straight with the tires. Its slanted towards to the left when looking at the bike from the front.

Just wondering, could some bolts or nuts that's loose that caused the wheel to be unbalanced. Or is it the way I ride. Or just a spoilt tire that requires changing?

Opinions or suggestions are much appreciated.

Maybe the bushing on one side of the engine mounting worn?

These days my bike feels like it slanted to one side. Thats what I feel while riding. Maybe its my mind playing tricks on me. But anywhere to go to check if the tires are balanced?
