Hey i just got a bike for 2 months and its still under installments, my friend and i shared cost with this bike and now the idiot has to go ns, if i return the bike to the shop must i pay any penalties? If i need to pay a fine or penalty, woulnt it be better if i just dont pay the installments and willingly let them tow the bike back? standard procedure of people who didnt pay their installments will get their bike towed back, was thinking of doing this. this is a side bike and its very under usage, so how? any one in the same situation or has been in one before?
