Anyone know how to DIY a throttle quickener/fast throttle for more responsive on the throttle ?

I have attached a link . Anyone know how to DIY or anywhere to get this locally

Thanks .

quote from e link "The stock throttle for many production motorcycles is roughly 1/4 of a turn from idle to WOT. Throttle Quick S1 will increase the effective diameter of the throttle cam. It can be clipped in without removal of the handlebar weights or throttle tube. Throttle Quick S1 will reduce the amount of turn by a calculated 10% although most people are claiming 15%. As an added benefit of installation, the throttle will be tighter and more responsive. S1 is satisfactory for most street driving."

Basically it increase the diameter of the throttle cam . so it kinda "tighen" correct me if im wrong .
