Bro is the LED light with hi and lo beam functions, is it also have its rating 6000K, 8000K etc and LTA friendly....thks

Yes it has Hi and Lo Beam, as it is very bright, and pure white, different from HID, no ratings but if insisted should be 6000k, nearest to white. As I said it is for touring, LTA unfriendly.
