Reading about chain lubing, and noticed not much products for O rings chains, other than PJ1 Blue Label Chain Lube, but I can't find it online or in motor tiam, anyone using this ? Care to share ? And does IPONE products works on O ring chains as well ?

And does O ring chains need cleaning ? The place where i do servicing, the mechanic told just needed to lube, no need to clean

PJ1 chain lubes has been around for quite sometime but not popular due to easy splash onto your rear rim and make your rim dirty. Better chain lube will be Maxima chain wax or IPONE Sand chain lube.

Really ? Saw alot of reviews on other sites saying it doesn't splash, but does maxima or ipone products good on O rings chain ? Read it somewhere normal chain and O or X ring chain requires different kind of chain lube

Thank you. S100 is a great brand. Easily the best

Ive gone thru maxima, elf moto , belray super clean ipone sand chain and chain lube.

Those better Chain lube in a can will be tacky and outlast oil and flings only if u over apply.

But oil is much easier to clean and chain is smoother. But doesnt last.

Yes it flings but if you apply the right amount at the right location its tolerable to my standards.

Good luck in finding one that suits you.

Just screwed up 1 O ring when cleaning my chain, think i scrubbed too hard using the chain brush, the standard blue chain cleaning brush and 1 O ring broke, feeling so sad now, gotta use cloth and wipe in future.
