Sizing Information

This style jacket is sold in men’s “alpha” sizing. Icon publishes a chart for this jacket (shown below). The chest sizing in the chart is a bit small as compared to “normal” men’s sizing, so I think you’d be safe in ordering the size you normally wear even if your chest size exceeds the chart by a couple inches. The max belly sizes of the jackets are generous. If you have a bit of a belly you can check to make sure the jacket you choose will accommodate both your belly and chest sizes.

Our Two Cents

The Hooligan Hayabusa mesh jacket is primarily for mild to hot weather use. The fabric is a loose weave so that air blows right through. A full sleeve removable insulated liner is included for cooler weather which will extend this jacket’s usable comfort range. The liner will be handy on cool mornings or maybe high altitude passes. The jacket comes with turtle shell type CE armor in the shoulders and elbows and a nice (better than in previous models) dual density foam back protector. Note on the Black Color Jacket: When you view our photo gallery, the Black jacket appears to be sort of a purple-gray and black in color as compared to the true gray and black in the factory photo. The jacket in person looks very much like our pictures rather than the factory pictures
