hmmm... from what i know... any vehicles, be it bike or car, if u don't have any vehicle pass, and u are lucky to skip pass the road block by some reasons, ur vehicle will also be clamped or towed away if u don't have any vehicle pass..

 

so bo pian.. all those without vehicle pass will need to take public transport...

 

got bus service from 7.30 to 11.30 from marina bay bus stop to the carnvial.
