Just enrolled for 2B

Hello, as title states, I'm also new to this forum and would like to ask some questions.

 

Done a bit of research for R15/CBR150R and if I'm not wrong, the main difference is that the Honda is more ergonomic/comfortable/practical as compared to the Yamaha which is more aesthetically appealing? I know absolutely nothing about bikes so would appreciate if the experienced ones can offer some advice.

 

Also, is it possible to change tyres of these small bikes to thicker ones? The difference is that it's more stable but more difficult to corner?

 

Vespa is more expensive than this 2, right? I also tried looking for 1st hand Vespa but couldn't find.

One more thing, I was just looking at Ducati 696 (For fun, since I don't even have a 2B yet and this is a Class 2 bike) and according to some reviews, its performance is very poor and just looks good/pay for the brand？
