Want to share my first time experience @ this motor tiam.

 

Wonder any bro here have patronize H L Cycle before..

 

Went today to change my EO and spark plug (bought during MAH show) also flush my radiator with ENGINE ICE. The mechanic quite friendly. Did xtra checks for me. Best of all, they washed my bike after everything's done @ the back alley. He sprayed a kind of solution onto my rims and engine, all the dirt can be washed away easily.

 

Manager Robin also very friendly. Will Highly recommend this shop.

there are several HL cycles branches

 

i bought my very first bike from HL cycle, the service attitude is good, but that particular deal sucked. the bike was crappy and the one month warranty was not upheld.

 

the only consolation was that the manager (CHUA) told me in a very nice and polite way that the damages are due to normal wear and tear (which obviously a noob could even tell it wasn't)

CHUA is the boss lah... I went there once wif my frnz to collect his bike, the boss is friendly n polite, however, the shop look quite messy n mechanics seem so-so only coz one of the mech scratch my frnz new paint job when fixin the side fairing...
