hi bros i need some advice.

13/10/07 around 4pm

location: slip road from pie to upper serangoon rd. beside St andrew JC.

the left road always have buses stopping (2 lane road). So there is this blue kangaroo shooting out without checking blind spot from the first lane since the buses stop and blocked his way, hence the white honda civic jam break. I have no choice but i was 1 car away, i jam break too and kiss his ass. we did not catch the plate no. of the blue van, and it sped off.

Now the problem is how do i claim? The workshop of the car want to claim over 2k for the dented bumper. my whole front end is smashed. I escaped with just some bruises. I am on 3rd party mitsui.

How do i minimise my loss? coz i know the civic claim me, they sure 100% win.

Advice needed thanks.

bro, sorry to say but I guess there's nothing you can do. Even if you have the no plate to the Blue Kangaroo, you have no case against him. happened to my friend, tried to avoid a car and hit a lorry. cannot claim from car.

i was told my idac, with eyewitness we can report the van to tp if we have the plate no. we can't claim but we can hope tp will fine them and minus their points.
