What is Procedures and Guidelines for transporting a race bike up to north?

:cry: No longer riding on the road, but still miss the race time. Would like to get back on the race road but... driving licence revoked. But i was just thinking..

Anyone here same cases like mine? :cheeky:

 

1.Can i ride back on race track?

2.Can i transport the bike up to north?

3.Can i purchase bike in Spore still, and declare to LTA not for road use.

3.If yes, who do i look for? Fees charges?
