help need regarding accident claim

hi all, need so advice... yesterday i had an accident with a BBDC car along bukit batok... i was on the right lane of a 2 lane rd after filtering out from bukit batok rd. there was tis BBDC car on the left lane in front of me suddemly cut into my lane & i hit into it's rear right... in such a case, who's right & who's wrong.. i dunnoe really remember how it took place but there is a witness who is driving behind me saw the whole incident & say the driver fault as he signal & straight away lane change out....

 

i dun think i can claim from my insur. as it 2nd party fire & theft.... if i want to claim den i haf to fight the case right? wat r the chances of tis case in ur view, pls advice......

u hit his backside will be your fault. unless the witness willing to give statement for u then u may have small chance. but at best with be 50 50 means he pay his damage u pay your own damage.
