rxz having problems

Hey people, im new here, and i just down a rxz at a shop name EVERBRIGHT near paya lebar..

 

i always had a problem with tat bike since i took it out..

now, I already overhaul the block part, and wad can I do to maintain my bike as good?

 

im working as a rider and im scared tat my bike will always land in the shop to service it. any suggestion??
