Need help about reloan.

My cuz handover his Spark to me. Im sub rider for now. His age is 22 and im 28. So motor insurance is damn high. Bike still under installments. Left 1yrs more. For now the owner name is my cuz. So i intend to take the ownership from him. So that the motor insurance will be cheap and pull out his name out.

I call up the motor shop and told me, dat i can only change name once the bike finish pay. The insurance date will be due next yrs jan. Must pay $900+ for insurance if his name still in the insurance. So should i continue pay the installments of $200+ and renew the insurance that is $900+ or should i do reloan and change the owner to me and remove his name out so that insurance will be cheap? Do advise me about tis.
