Appeal for pavement parking

Hello all

 

I've received a summon for pavement parking ($70) by Traffic Police Department.

 

How do i go about appealing?

After writing my appeal letter, would emailing suffice? Or do i see my MP, head down to TP headquarters, fax/snail-mail in my appeal letter?

 

I've got a legitimate reason for parking on pavement. I didn't know that i'd be fined that very day, so don't have any concrete evidence to back me up.

 

Would appreciate it if any of you guys could provide some help in this... Thanks.

I got fined today for parking at pavement,

 

it is along queensway shopping centre.

 

i do not know why i am the only bike being summon and the rest of the bikes are not being summon..

 

I stomachache rush to toilet, come out find a ticket on my bike..

My friend email in to TP and he got his parking fine waived

 

Reason, he put he go to pray at the temple.

 

For me, i got mine summon yesterday but i was having a bad stomachache that need go toilet i just explained as what i go thru.

For me is kidda real.. AYE exit 6 do a filter lane then AH then left again to queensway..

 

saw a bunch of illegal parking bikes there

 

i did not join them but i choose the part after the pavement near to the road(behind the illegal parking bunch of bikes)

 

when i come back, i see all the other bikes no ticket

 

only my bikes got tickets

 

I shouldnt isolate my bikes from the crowds!

the rest is just like 3 metres in front of my bike..

 

the TP just summon me and ignore the rest!
