want to sell after lay up

hi bros, my bike is currently under lay up.. can i still sell away the bike or transfer ownership??

under lay up means no insurance and road tax...one of the requirements to transfer ownership if im not wrong is the vehicle must have a valid road tax...which also means need a valid insurance..

 

so new owner should get his insurance...then pay road tax as well when doing the transfer...

pass inspection first. then get new ins and renew rd tax. u are ready to transfer ownership.

not necessary.. ya can sell the bike in laid up state. jus provide a private address for the bike where it is gonna be stored.

eh how the procedure to lay up ah? can lay up with outstanding road tax late payment fine or not?
