brakes lever require oiling??

previously i let my bike shop handled everything, in the end i no need to do anything (besides signing forms), the bike shop liased with the insurance company, and the company liased with the lawyer. i got compensation for my injury, cost of repairs, loss of use, survey fees, medical report fees... everything. i just paid the bike shop 500 to repair the bike initially. in the end, we win so i was rewarded everything, except the cost of repairs goes to the bike shop, so the bike shop earn this and the 500 i paid them initially. basically it was hassle-free for me. usually the bike shop would only fight for you if there is chance to win, cos if win, then they earn more, if not, they only earn from the 500 i paid them initially. anyway after i deducted the 500, actually, i still have extra $$ from the total compensation i received. so everything counts, the more days the MC, the greater the compensation too.

so does that mean if i happen to buy a honda from MAH, not knowing that it is parallel import, means will not have boon siew warranty?

What's the difference in buying a first hand bike from Distributor Vs Authorised Dealer? e.g. what's the difference in buying a brand new CBR600 from Boon Siew as compared to buying from MAH motor?? Price difference?.... Servicing?

yar.... it do start.... but while riding.... there will be no headlights, horn and indicator lights... which can be quite frustrating... anyway i went to the workshop and the mechanic says i have to change my IU unit... and he charged me $150.... am i kanna chopped??

my battery is the battery water type

I haven't ride my NSR150 for a few weeks and when i wanted to start riding it, i had to kickstart about 5 times before it starts. I also realise my indicator lights and horn and panel lights are all very weak....i guess it should be low battery problem....so i started to ride it everyday, but the lights and horn still seems as weak...why ???.... i thought the battery should charge itself as i ride it?...please correct me if i am wrong? and how come the screen of my IU unit is always lighted up? despite i already switch off my engine.

i thought the rear brake lights is only activated by the front brakes??....at least my current bike is like that....anyway if i did not remember wrongly...when i learn my 2B in CDC...the rear brake also only activated by front brakes...correct me if i am wrong

anyway i riding NSR and my FC is about 24km/litre....so i think below 20 dollars should be enough for one week considering the short distance between your workplace and your home

Lane splitting definitely not illegal.....earlier in the year i got in the same situation ..... Traffic jam on main road......the driver on main road give way to let the car from side road come out....the car came out so suddenly from the side road and i bang directly into the car as i was lane splitting on the main road...didn't see the car coming out from side road......Got into court case with the driver....won the case and i received compensation.

Is there an unspoken rule that as long as the barricade of the car park is short (ie. enough for bike to slip pass), we bikers no need to pay??
