Bikeshop like any other big organisation have bad staffs. In my young times, there's no good shop also. Im now taking over the motorbike dept and will take care all areas to after sales service. When you brought your bike and who is the sales person? Do let me know. We WILL rectify the problem. I know there has be comments about us and I AM trying to handle the complaints BUT I need to know whether it is true. If it's true I NEED to know what happen.
