I confirm going but which group should I be under?

Hi everybody!! Im new to this forum... My friend is selling his RVF at $276 x 28 mths, FN plate, COE till 2013.... Still need to pay 3mths in advance, transfer ownership and buy my own insurance... So transfering of ownership does it mean tat i need to re-loan for the bike?? I have ask him liao he say no need (dunno whether izzit true) Im not sure whether izzit a good deal to buy anot... I have not view the bike yet and oso I dun noe how to inspect the bike. Anyone can accompany me?? Pls advised me......
