  1. Hey Marco, Jason here. Met you at Khatib this evening. Nice chatting with you
  2. Sorry. I was trying to find information on the honda xr400sm. May i know which shops sell them? thanks in advance.
  3. whats an effective method to remove the rims from the tire? its such a bi+ch
  4. anyone here with a cb400ss?
  5. well like sharpey said its cost for keeping hands clean and time free. for me i feel that taking the time to ride to the shop and to wait while it is being serviced is not any less than the time taken to do it on my own. Plus i am paranoid and rather do minor maintainence on my own, because i will take more care and do it right. As long as i know how to, and if i have the right tools. but thats if you're like me. Paint wise.. depends on what kind of quality you want. ranges from 300-1000.
  6. Nicholas, perhaps it was the way you phrased your question. Sharpey wasn't being rude. He was just trying to warn you against libel. the individual's idea of overcharging is also relative and subjective. Shop A might charge 20% more than Shop B but A's service/quality might be twice better. So which shop is overcharging for the level of service? B? You decide.
  7. sounds reasonable.... but if you want to save the few extra dollars you can always clean your carb and filter with petrol/carb cleaner. engine oil shouldn't be more then 4 bucks. Teck Seng Vespa Service opposite thomson hospital does all that for $16 #01-340a
  8. ohh.. i think i'll get the tool then. don't wanna break any fins. thanks!
  9. Atleast 1500. you'll have to extend the chassis, panel beat the lip, weld the horn cast and make the legshield broader. not to forget you need 8 inch lug-type vbb wheels, hub/drum and fork. don't do it. it's never going to look 100% like a VBB and the money you spend on it cannot be added to its market value. I would keep it the way it is, the PX has it's place in history. keep it real.
  10. by the way, does anyone know how to secure the flywheel so it doesn't turn when removing the nut? i'm about to check my timing and reset point gap with my newly made TDC tool and continuity tester so thats +1 to grease monkey skill point
  11. so what exactly was done for 22?
  12. Hi guys, i'm thinking of getting a new forza. any idea where's a good place to go? Thanks.
  13. 0.5 to 9kg? i'll keep an eye on that. thanks.
  14. I ended up ordering from dellorto.co.uk slightly more expensive shipping but they stock every single jet size. by the way, any idea where i can get a torque wrench? Thanks.
  15. hi guys, my friend has a c70 for sale. its restored and in very good condition. selling for 1k fixed. PM me. thanks.
