Hi Guys... wondering if any of u guys send ur bike for inspection recently with KTM headlight, and actually passed?...

Hello bros... need your expert advice again.. it seems my bike have been heating up a lil more lately than usual...so much so that at idle at traffic light, the bike feels like its overheating.. but what got me worried is during this overheating, the voltage drops to 12.5V... from what i can see, the coolant is still there... was told from friends that it could be rectifier... but even after changing recently, there's no difference... battery have been changed this year July... magnetic coil was changed last year September... anyone ever experience the same thing?... sorry for the longwinded writing ..but really appreciate if anyone could offer some advice....Cheers!

Hi guys... need some help on Vapor meter.. Last night as i switched the bike off, i noticed the display went totally blank, including the clock... When i turned the ignition back on, it displayed all the digits and resets; including clock, distance etc.. Anyone ever faced the same thing?.. is it just the battery behind the meter or anything else i should worry about? Appreciate if anyone can offer some advice. Thanks guys!

Anywhere to get the Unabiker radiator guards?... been searching for awhile now... tempted to just order tru ebay though...

Hey bros snake_sin and ticks... Appreciate your advice guys!... so i'm guessing it is normal for the coolant level to go down... However, since my overflow reservoir is pretty much dried up as of today...I will top up again and monitor as you guys have mentioned... As for the radiator guard, guess i got to buy back the original ones...or maybe see where i can get Unabiker ones... Thanks again guys!...Cheers!

Hi guys...need ur advice on issue regarding the coolant... It seems my coolant overflow reservoir is close to being dried up...i understand that the level should be half in the reservior....i just only flushed and topped up coolant less than 3 mths ago... I'm not sure if this normal... just wondering if it has anything to do with radiator?..although bike doesn't seem to be overheating... btw frm the time i bought the bike, it seems previous owner took out the radiator guard and replace it with those horrible looking wire mesh thing... Need advice..appreciate anyone who can help me out with this or ever experience the same thing... thanks!! Cheers!

Thanks bro...if confirm carb problem then i will have it serviced and rejetted again. Lucky for me it dies off as soon as i open throttle while i was in the left most lane..if expressway.. i just hope this problem doesn't keep reoccurring...if so..may need more advice from you guys again...

Hi Guys...I'm not sure if any of u have faced this situation before.. While riding at a constant speed..decided to open throttle to pick up speed...suddenly bike just dies off..although engine braking can still be heard...after a slight distance of free wheeling, suddenly bike automatically restarts and backfires loudly....fuel tank is full btw... Another occasion, same thing...while riding, bike dies off as soon as i open throttle...this time stopped at the side of the road and restart..again loud backfiring...understandably coz of excess fuel not combusted... Just wanna check if anyone every experience this kind of scenario...and how to rectify it... Could it also be due to coil needs changing or any other issues?.. Thanks alot!

Bro...i happened to have suffered the same thing with my first DRZ... same thing..changed battery but still the problem of cannot starting bike reoccurred... Back then, I also seldom ride everyday..so i thought it was ok to change engine oil 2mths once.. but that was my down fall...Regular oil change is actually necessary.. From what u've mentioned, I can only assume 3 things.. • Starter Carbon Brush have worn out • Rectifier • Magnetic Coil If u press the electric start and u only hear a click sound without any cranking, it may just be the Starter Carbon Bush. For your sake I hope its just the Starter Carbon Brush coz its not that expensive. But its the Rectifier and Magnetic Coil that is the killer. From your explanation of voltmeter reading only 11.3-11.0 after charging, the problem may just be one or both of the them. Hope this helps bro...

Hi Kelvin, From the list of exhaust, I noticed that you no longer have the Remus slip on. Is there no more stock? Actually I was thinking of getting it from you this coming December. Do let me know if the Remus slip on is still available. Thank you.

lowering links were the first thing i tot of wen i wanted to get drz.... but all i did after getting the bike was go to eugene's saddlery n he basically shaved the seat to my comfortable reach..he did a superb custom job on my seat.. I'm onli 1.55m tall aniwaes...i can assure u i can reach the floor comfortably... dun believe me??...hahaha...once in awhile u can spot me at SGH picking up my gf on a black stock drz..then u'll noe how short i am...hahaha... so if u see a short malay dude riding a drz ard tat area, do say hi or wave or sumthin...
