  2. What's this about premix? Please enlighten a newbie... 2t oil -which one is best? also, pre-mix what now?
  3. get the license first then get bike
  4. Just relax and pace yourself with others, should be easy to finish lesson 6 and 7
  5. Try to get a upfront cash loan from a bank instead of paying 7% financing, you can shop from diff banks and ask them to offer you a suitable amount. Some banks offer less than 3% per annum on promotional loans. Check them out. It'll be easier on the pocket and you can giro the funds like paying for credit card. Hope this helps!
  6. sgd30-40 for gas per 2 weeks? depends on how you use but just to be safe alot about 100per month. sportsbikes... (maintenance part) 2-stroke about sgd10-24 per litre which lasts about 2 weeks? so about 50-60 per month. 4-stroke, no idea...but suppose to be less costly... cashcard depends on use so keep alert and monitor with care... carry a booklet of coupons coz sometimes you'll be parking somewhere where there's no gantry..booklet about $6.50 outside parking check online, there're lists of free parking for motorcycles islandwide so quite convenient.. also plan your route, it'll save you time and gas money. Hope this helps!
  7. Clutch in and lightly step on the rear brakes... Usually helps to test both front and rear brakes when you first move off. To do this, just try to use both brakes at different times to slow the bike down. This will help you to physically and mentally gauge the strength of the brake and your body's reaction to it. Also I found lightly pumping the front brakes a bit, help slow the bike down smoother(for emergency braking). But again, test the braking power first.. goodluck!
  8. Got one for Aprilia RS125?
  9. Anybody know where to buy 2008 Yamaha YZF-R125? I can't seem to find any suppliers online except for the bigger companies...can someone list out a few suppliers for bikes here? I'd call them up one by one. it'd be such a big help. One guy said YZF-R125 got no power and no parts available if it breaks down. Any truth to this? Just want to know the price. I'm almost getting my 2b license.. Aiming for something very pretty as there's no power in 2b class anyway, and so far my choices are not much... Aprilia rocks but too ex..pricewise i'm down to yamaha r15 or the r125 or else maybe settle for krr150... any inputs?
