Sent my Spec 1 to Ah Pek this morning for servicing.. He then sent me to my workplace using his own bike.. Very good service lah Ah Pek.. Changed eo (specially mixed by Ah Pek), put some CLX, liquid Molly, blow carbs and did 16point grounding.. Now the bike is super responsive and smooth.. Make me feel like Valentino Rossi but i don't have his skills lah.. Thanks Ah Pek for the advice.. And very cheap too..

Bros.. I just bought a Super 4 three days ago.. Shop says it's a VTech Spec 1but my colleague says it's a VTech Spec 2 cos the rear brake calliper is positioned at the bottom.. Could anybody spell out the main differences between Spec 1 and Spec 2?

Went Phuket for 3 days. Came back and tried to start my skipper. Cranked until battery died on me. Kick started and finally got the engine going. Went for a ride for 20 minutes to recharge the battery. Sigh.. My skipper always has problem starting when it is cold. But when it's warmed up, no problem. A bit of cranking and it's ready to go. Any kind soul can advise what's wrong with it? Magnetic coil problem, spark plug problem, rectifier problem???

Yup.. Towing $20.. I also changed the battery.. Costs me $45.. Ask first what's their towing fee.. Shouldn't cost more than that..

Once i kena.. One morning turned the ignition and tried to auto start.. Totally no sound.. Sent to mototiam.. They checked and they told me wiring got problem.. Changed the wiring for $30 plus $20 towing fee.. So i guess it could be wiring problem.. Or it could be your battery is flat liao.. By the way, thinking of selling my skipper.. Any takers?? Selling at $700. No bargaining cos i replaced lots of parts..

Well said brother.. But seriously, i think can lower the price a bit lah.. He opened price at $1000 so my guess is, can lower down to $800 to $900..

Saw one at Eunos Industrial Park.. The lane just behind Singapore Post.. Not sure about the name of the shop.. But if you go along that lane, sure can see the bike outside.. Blue colour with matching box and outlook very promising.. I asked about the price and the guy quoted me $1000.. I'm sure can negotiate..

I would like to ask one thing regarding my skipper.. If i don't start the bike for more than 2 days, it is very difficult to start. Is it normal for an old skipper or is there a problem with mine? If there is, what is the problem and how much to replace it plus which shop offers the best deal?? Thanks in advance..

I know of a shop who charges $200 for re-spraying of skipper. It's located at Eunos Industrial Park. It does mainly car spray..
